I am a middle-aged, cradle-Catholic with a degree in Theology, a Masters in Religious Education, and 27 years of theology teaching experience — mainly High School some College. Currently I work in Administration and Publications in a Jewish Synagogue.
I am also a wife and mother, and a published writer.
- From Hurt To Healing, Publish America 2004; ebook on Amazon, 2011
- “Forgive and Forget,” America Magazine, September 16, 2002
- “From Victim to Victimizer,” Human Development Magazine, Summer 2005
- It’s Just Not Fair, Introducing The Fairly-Good Mother, ebook at Amazon.
I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse by multiple abusers including a Catholic priest.
I am the mother of a suicide victim.
And in 2005 I managed to make it through Hurricane Katrina.
I love my family; I love to write. I am not sure about the Church any more, and God and I are not currently speaking — but I haven’t given up.
